Aquarious Technology is responsible for the personal information you submit through aquahrms.com. This policy covers the public website, including its demo enquiry forms and direct contact links. Customer and employee information entered into an organisation's Aqua HRMS account is governed by the applicable customer agreement and product-specific arrangements.

2. Information we collect
When you request a demo, the form asks for your name, company, work email, mobile number and workforce size. You may also select your main HR or workforce challenge. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.
Our hosting provider may process routine technical information, such as IP address, browser details and request times, to deliver and protect the website. The website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to understand your organisation's requirements, reply to your request, arrange a relevant Aqua HRMS demonstration and keep a record of the conversation. We also use limited technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. We do not treat a demo request as permission to send unrelated promotional campaigns.
4. How enquiries are delivered and shared
Form submissions are sent through our email delivery provider, Resend, to the Aqua HRMS enquiries inbox and an authorised team member copied on the message. The work email you provide is used as the reply-to address so our team can answer you. Vercel hosts the website, and our email providers handle delivery and storage of the resulting messages. These providers may process data in locations outside India under their own service arrangements.
We do not sell your enquiry details. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the website, our rights or others.
5. Retention and security
We keep enquiry messages for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up on a potential business relationship, maintain appropriate records or meet legal obligations. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it or take steps to remove it from active records, subject to lawful retention needs and provider backups.
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the information we handle. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit the demo form and contact us directly instead. If you want to access, correct or delete information you sent us, withdraw a request to be contacted, or raise a privacy concern, email admin@theaquarious.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond in accordance with applicable law.
7. External services and children
This website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp and the Aquarious Technology company website. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. The demo form is intended for business contacts and is not designed for children to submit personal information.
